We don’t take the relationship lightly. We don’t look at it just for the $ involved.
We want the client to be super successful in the business all the way to the transaction / business sale event. If it’s helpful to the client, we offer management advice that isn’t directly related to the transaction process, although it does help with maintaining the business sale value.
We know that selling a business is emotional and that owners want consistent communication with updates on progress. And so, we schedule weekly phone calls to review status and address concerns or challenges. We also manage relationships with CPAs and Attorneys to lighten the client’s load.
