Founder and Managing Partner Bob Champoux started RC Advisory Services in 2006. Pete McDowell joined Bob in early 2013 as Principal. Together, they have experience in successfully managing both growth and troubled privately held companies across a wide variety of industries. They have hands on operating experience in companies with revenues between $10M to $45M. Bob and Pete understand what it takes to build and sell a company at the highest possible value, wherein the owner is rewarded for their investment, risk and hard work over many years.
