Bob Champoux - Managing Partner

Raised in Seattle, Bob attended the U.S. Naval Academy and became a Naval Aviator. He earned Masters Degrees in Business and Aeronautical Engineering. He left the Navy to become an executive and owner of a series of manufacturing and technology companies. He founded RC Advisory Services in the 1990’s and has become known as one of the top M&A Advisors in the Pacific NW.

Bob lives in Bellevue and has been married for over 50 years. Bob has six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He is active in his church, Kiros, and is a committed volunteer to a number of organizations. Bob is a docent at the Museum of Flight. He occasionally hits an errant golf ball.

Pete McDowell - Partner Emeritus
Pete was a partner in the firm for ten years and recently moved to "semi-retired" status. He continues to participate in specific projects and further assists with lead generation and special projects

Don Gerould, Managing Director
Don is one of the founders of Cogent Equity, a Newport Beach and Seattle firm that specializes in the development of exit strategies for business owners as well as mergers and acquisitions. He serves as a Managing Director on mutual projects. Don has started, purchased, operated, and sold several companies. Rick Maronick, Managing Director
Rick is responsible for our business in the Mid-Mountain states as well as general support for all of our construction-related clients. A resident of Helena, Montana, and a graduate of the University of Portland school of Civil Engineering, he is a very experienced business owner and consultant.
