Bob Champoux - Managing Partner

Raised in Seattle, Bob attended the U.S. Naval Academy and became a Naval Aviator. He earned Masters Degrees in Business and Aeronautical Engineering. He left the Navy to become an executive and owner of a series of manufacturing and technology companies. He founded RC Advisory Services in the 1990’s and has become known as one of the top M&A Advisors in the Pacific NW.

Bob lives in Bellevue and has been married for over 50 years. Bob has six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He is active in his church, Kiros, and is a committed volunteer to a number of organizations. Bob is a docent at the Museum of Flight. He occasionally hits an errant golf ball.

Pete McDowell - Partner Emeritus
Pete was a partner in the firm for ten years and recently moved to retired status. He continues to participate in specific projects and further assists with lead generation and special projects

Mark Sabo, CPA, MBA, CVA Managing Partner
Mark is a strategic advisor with deep experience in finance, operations, and business valuation. His background spans entrepreneurial growth, public accounting, and CFO-level leadership, including roles supporting over $700 million in acquisitions.
​
He recently served as CFO of Quil Ceda Village and Tulalip Tribal Federal Corporation, overseeing a $150 million budget and leading due diligence on major development projects.
​
Mark specializes in helping business owners build value and prepare for successful exits. He holds an MBA in Finance from Seattle Pacific University and is a CPA and Certified Valuation Analyst.
