Bob Champoux - Managing Partner

Raised in Seattle, Bob attended the U.S. Naval Academy and later earned Masters Degrees in Business and Engineering. He left the Navy to become an executive and owner of a series of manufacturing and technology companies. He founded RC Advisory Services in the 1990’s and has become known as one of the top M&A Advisors in the Pacific NW.
Bob lives in Bellevue and has been married for over 50 years. Bob has six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He is active in his church, Kairos and is a committed volunteer to a number of organizations. Bob is a docent at the Museum of Flight. Bob plays occasionally hits a golf ball in an errant fashion.
Pete McDowell - Partner
Pete grew up in upstate New York and a Seattle area resident since 1997, Pete received a BA degree in Industrial Design from Purdue University and has experience in Sales & Marketing, Strategic Planning, Lean Management and Quality Improvement. He held GM and CEO positions in privately held companies under $50M in revenue in both growth and turnaround businesses before transitioning to management consulting and financial planning.
Pete lives in Kirkland, WA. He's been married forty-three years, has two grown children and two grandchildren, and is a member of Bellevue Presbyterian Church. Pete was previously a Board Member for the Bellevue Farmers Market and Northwest Family Business Advisors.
Pete will be retiring at the end of 2022, except for completing client projects in process.
Ben Morley, Principal
Ben grew up in Friday Harbor on San Juan Island. He learned to fly from his father who owned several antique aircraft. After graduating from the Air Force Academy, he become a pilot in the Air Force flying primarily transports such as the C-17. He subsequently transferred to the reserves and served in both a civilian and military role at Joint Base Lewis-McChord where he had positions including Director of Quality, Director of Operations, and Lead Business Planner. After leaving the Air Force, he founded a company teaching leadership, marketing, and quality (he has a Six Sigma Blackbelt qualification).
